The Active Key Issuance report lists keys issued to a location
This reporting can be found under the Reports tab on the menu bar at the top of any screen.
Click on Keys.
The Active Key Issuance report will be the first report available at the top. Click on the name of the report to open the report generator.
You can report on as many or as few locations as you’d like. When you open the report generator, you will see the location hierarchy tree on the left.
If you click on the check box next to the Location of your choosing, all Locations associated with that parent Location will be selected.
You can narrow your selections down by Region or by District, or even by individual Location. Simply unselect the boxes next to the locations you do not want to report on.
There are two additional check boxes at the bottom left: “Exclude Master Keys” and “Include Mailer Keys”.
- “Exclude Master Keys” will exclude master keys from your report.
- This is useful if you would only like to report on keys that are on the user level
- “Include Mailer Keys” will include future keys contained in Rekeying Kits that should not have been opened at locations.
- This will also useful if you would like to verify if a rekeying kit is on site.
When you are happy with your selections and are ready to run the report, click on the Submit Locations button at the bottom left.
The report that is generated is organized by location number.
Each key associated with the Location is listed. Information included in this report will be the DHI, Key Name, Serial Number, what User the keys are assigned to, key status and the step the key is from.
