You can report on as many or as few locations as you’d like. When you open the report generator, you will see the location hierarchy tree on the left.

If you click on the check box next to the location hierarchy of your choosing, all locations associated with that hierarchy will be selected.

Narrow your selections down by regions or districts or even by individual locations. Simply unselect the boxes next to the locations you do not want to report on.

There are two additional check boxes at the bottom left: “Exclude Master Keys” and “Include Mailer Keys”. Clicking the box next to “Exclude Master Keys” will exclude master keys from your report. This is useful if you would only like to report on keys that are on the user level. Clicking the box next to “Include Mailer Keys” will include future keys contained in Rekeying Kits that should not have been opened at locations. This will also help you verify if Rekeying Kits are on site.

The report that is generated is organized by location number (highlighted in yellow). Each section shows the associated region, district, and location. Each key associated with the location is listed, including DHI, Key Name, Serial Number, who the keys are assigned to, key status and the step the key is on and the type of key. A key on step 1.C is a control key on step 1. A key on step 2.S is a Step Change Key on step 2.

This report can be exported to Excel for further manipulation. It can also be printed as is. To export to Excel, click on the Excel Export link at the top of the page. To the right of that is the Print Page link that will allow you to print.
