Viewing all Keys by Location can be a beneficial auditing tool for all levels
Once you've logged into Security Records, follow the below directions to retrieve a listing of all Active Keys within the database
In the Reports drop down, select "Keys"
A listing of all available Key Reports will populate on the next page, and you will select "Active Key Issuance"
Once selected, a pop up will appear with filtering options on the left hand side. Here you will expand the primary Locations to narrow down to the specific listing that you're hoping to audit. Once all relevant properties are selected, "Submit Locations"
The listing will populate on the right hand side showing every key that is currently in an active status within our database.
This listing can also be exported to Excel for more filtering options
