Tracking what Keys that a Location is in need of has never been easier
The Missing Rekey Kit Report provides a clear overview of which locations are currently utilizing the highest tier of the InstaKey system that has been provided to them.
Once you've logged into Security Records, follow the below directions to create your Missing Rekey Kit report
In the Reports dropdown, select "View All Reports"
In the full Report listing, select "Missing Rekey Kit"
If Report is not available to you, please contact your Account Manager for further details
Once the Report has populated, you will see specifically which Locations are using the highest step of the InstaKey system that has been sent for them. It will also list what step should be ordered to ensure the site has a backup kit on hand.
This Report can also be exported to Excel for further manipulation
