How do I activate / deactivate login Users?

User privileges can be turned on and off in the click of a button!

Once you'd logged into Security Records, follow the below directions to Activate / Deactivate Users

On the Modules Menu, select "Profiles"

Once selected, you will be rerouted to an options page to determine what action you'd like to take. Here, you will select "Activate/Deactivate Login User"

Here you will select from a drop down menu which User you'd like to alter 

Once you've selected a User, simply toggle the button on the right hand side to activate or deactivate as needed.
