How do I create a User login?

Security Records Program Owners are able to utilize existing settings to create new logins

Once you'd logged into Security Records, follow the below directions to Close a User

 

On the Modules Menu, select "Profiles"

 

Once selected, you will be rerouted to an options page to determine what action you'd like to take. Here, you will select "Clone Login User"

 

Here you will complete the required information fields to generate a new login. 

To proceed, choose the User you wish to clone from the drop-down menu located at the top of the page. You will need to provide essential User details, including their first and last name, as well as a contact email address. 

On this page, you can choose whether to copy the address and phone information from the original User. Additionally, you have the option to adjust the Security Records views if the new User's permissions differ from those of the User being cloned.

Once completed, you will select "Create New Login User" at the bottom of the page 

 

Once the new Login is cloned successfully, you will be redirected to the User Details page, which will now display that that User has an active SR Login
