Tracking can be found a few ways
Once you've logged into Security Records, you can follow the below directions to find Tracking a few different ways
By specific Order Number -
In the Orders drop down, type in the specific Order Number you're looking for and click "Find"
Once the Order Details page is displayed, you can click on "Shipment Tracking" located on the right side of the page.
This action will open a pop-up window from UPS, where you can view the Tracking Number along with the current shipment status.
By specific PO Number -
In the Orders drop down, select "Find Order"
On the Find Orders page, type in the specific PO of the Order you're looking for and then select "Search"
If the specified PO has previously been recorded in Security Records, the Order Details page will be displayed and you'll be able to click on "Shipment Tracking" located on the right side of the page.
This action will open a pop-up window from UPS, where you can view the Tracking Number along with the current shipment status.
