How do I start a VAULT program?

Instructions for patent-protected VAULT Key Control Systems' Authorization requirements

VAULT systems are an exclusive, patent-protected Key Control system reserved for those who who require key control integrity and adherence to strict system protocols.

Licensed Dealers, Authorized Resellers, and End User Clients each must be authorized by partnership agreements and authorizations designed to maintain system integrity, key blank management compliance with all program standards, and tracking of key blank histories.

 

Onboarding Steps:

InstaKey Security Systems

  1. Authorizes Licensed Distributor, Authorized Reseller, or End User Client via SecurityRecords.com - Key Document Vault set up which establishes B2B partnership agreements for distribution, purchase, production, and resell of VAULT products.
  2. Agreement will be sent digitally to signer for execution from the SecurityRecords.com - Key Document Vault software.  
  3. All documentation and accesses for signer and InstaKey Client Services shall reside within the software - no emailing, shared drive, or faxing required.

Licensed Dealers / Authorized Resellers

  1. A Primary Contact designate is assigned and up to 5 additional users can be added to access the SecurityRecords.com - Key Document Vault.
  2. Authorized agents sign up End User Clients who want to purchase a VAULT system through the SecurityRecords.com - Key Document Vault software.
  3. The SecurityRecords.com - Key Document Vault software sends the End User Client a digital Letter of Authorization agreement for signature which is then stored within the software.
  4. Product orders placed for VAULT cores/keys shall reference the Contract ID of the Letter of Authorization - no emailing, shared drive, or faxing required.

End User Client

  1. A Primary Contact designate is assigned and up to 5 additional users can be added to access the SecurityRecords.com - Key Document Vault.
  2. A Letter of Authorization for the selected Dealer /Reseller is generated and signed by the End User Client through this software.
  3. The SecurityRecords.com - Key Document Vault software sends the End User Client a digital Letter of Authorization for signature (both Dealer/Reseller and End User Client) which is then given a unique  Contract ID and stored within the software - no emailing, shared drive, or faxing required.
  4. If Primary Contact elects to change Dealer/Reseller at any time, they can complete a Transition Notice via the SecurityRecords.com - Key Document Vault software.
  5. Product orders placed for VAULT cores/keys to either Dealer/Reseller or InstaKey Direct shall reference the Contract ID for the Letter of Authorization.
