How to Update Key Name / Key Definition in Security Records?

Naming your keys has never been easier

Once you've logged into Security Records, follow the below steps to update Key Name / Key Definition

First, select the Keys dropdown, and then select Key Definition

Select the desired system from the dropdown menu

Select what level of Key you'd like to redefine - Changes can be made to Grand Master Keys (GMK), Master Keys (MK) or User Keys (UK) as needed.

Select which DHI Series or Specific DHI you’d like to update. Once selected, the current key name (if applicable) will be visible and open to edits

Make any changes as needed, and click Save

Once you've selected "Save" the page will update to show what DHI's have been updated
