Is my data ever deleted?

Delete it, restore it, or remove it for good—you decide

SecurityRecords.com tracks all your historical keying system data from the date of creation. As your program is managed over time some information may no longer be relevant. You can “Delete” information (Users, Locations, Doors, etc.) or mark as “Inactive” (Keys, etc.) as these changes occur. This process removes the information from active visibility. In these instances, SecurityRecords.com allows the ability to “un-delete” or “reactivate” the information should it become needed.

Example: A key holder leaves your organization, their User is "deleted", and the key is reassigned to another User.  SecurityRecords.com is designed to retain the User record assignment for historical audit data.

If this information needs to be permanently purged, our support team will be able to assist in identifying the information you intend to purge and can remove all history from your program.
