      SecurityRecords.com software is designed to securely manage information while ensuring data protection and compliance.
        • Secure Communication: SecurityRecords.com uses a TLS/SSL certificate from DigiCert to encrypt all communication between users and our servers, preventing unauthorized interception of sensitive data.
        • Access Controls & Account Lockout: To protect against brute-force attacks, users who fail to log in three consecutive times are automatically locked out. To regain access, they must contact InstaKey support to have their account manually unlocked.
        • Always On Encryption: To enhance data security, we have implemented Always On Encryption to encrypt specific database columns that contain sensitive information. This ensures that critical data remains encrypted at rest, providing an additional layer of protection against unauthorized access.
        • Quarterly Penetration Testing: We conduct quarterly application penetration tests on our internet-facing applications, identifying and addressing security vulnerabilities to maintain a strong security posture.
