Location Hierarchies can be used to view and update locations alignment
The arrangement of locations within an organization can be viewed by clicking on the Locations drop down from the menu bar a the top of any screen in SecurityRecords.com.
Click on Location Hierarchy.
This is how we store and organize locations. Each accordion is a headquarters. Expand an accordion to see all of the locations listed under a headquarters.
These could also be classified by district, by region or by managers, if you have district managers or regional managers and you would like to create a hierarchy that way.
Be sure to let InstaKey know if any hierarchy changes are needed.
