How do I order more keys and cores?

All orders must be received in writing. Here's the process.

  • All orders must be received in writing either through your client-specific email group (ex: companyname@instakey.com)
    • If you are not sure what your InstaKey group email is you may send your order request to CustomerSupport@InstaKey.com, or through a third party provider (ServiceChannel, WorkOasis, etc).
  • Once the request for materials has been received, you will be quoted for your request.
    • Upon quote approval, your order will be processed.
  • Some of our clients are partnered within our dealer network.
    • If that is the case for your organization, please submit orders with our dealer partners.
