What are the different module options available within SecurityRecods.com?

Within Security Records, we have a variety of tools available for your use

Upon logging in, you will find a variety of modules conveniently located on the left side of your screen, alongside your Security Records Dashboard.

  • Digital Keyholder Update - This tool allows your site teams to assign a specific key to the specific User who is in possession of it
  • Digital Site Survey - This module gives the client the ability to upload their own images of the lock hardware on site at each location circumventing the size limitation a standard email or zip file would impose 
  • Report Scheduler - Set up reoccurring reporting that is sent directly to your inbox!
  • SR Audit - Set up reoccurring or one time inquiries with site teams to analyze what keys are on hand an in use on site 
  • Profiles - Activate, deactivate, or create Security Records login access for approved Users 
  • Data Services - HRIS, facility software integration specification and requirements
