What Information is available on the SecurityRecords Dashboard?
Use each dashboard widget to answer a different program-management question.
Your SecurityRecords dashboard is a high-level view of all key control related activity. The available widgets may vary by database and access, but the goal is the same: an overview of the information that helps you prioritize work, investigate trends, and open the appropriate report for more detail.
Dashboard at a Glance
- Open Orders: How many pending orders are in your database at this time?
- Rekeying Analysis: How many rekeys occurred over the past calendar year, broken down by month
- Locations Installed: How much of the location portfolio is installed compared to what we have record of?
- Key Transitions: How many key transitions occurred over the past calendar year, broken down by month
- Freight Analysis: Which shipping methods have been used over the last 12 months?
- User Activity: How many active logins do you have established for your database, and do they have keys?
- Current Step: How are locations distributed across rekey steps?
- Order Analysis: What types of orders were placed over the calendar year?
- Order Turnaround: How quickly are orders moving through the Production process?
- Review on a consistent cadence.
- Note the reason for major spikes or exceptions.

SecurityRecords reports can provide location, key, order, and expense-level detail. Most reporting can be exported to Excel, and pages can be printed to PDF.
