What is an Open Order?

Orders move through various phases of our Production process, and you can track it all!

Open Orders are pending requests moving through our Production process. 

These orders are still in the production queue and have not yet been shipped. However, you can gather a wealth of information by visiting the Order Details page. This page will display your requested Ship Date, the destination for the materials, and the name of the individual who approved the order.
