What is the Location Hierarchy?

Location Hierarchy can pinpoint exactly where a physical site fits within the entire organization

Once you'd logged into Security Records, select the "Locations" dropdown, and from there you can select "Location Hierarchy"

 

The Location Hierarchy will be displayed on the left side of the screen. Here, you can click on any Parent Location to reveal its associated subordinate physical sites.

 

Expanding the Parent Locations will allow you to walk through your organization and easily drill down to a specific Location or Door within the record
