Adding Users another way!
Once you've logged into Security Records and navigated to the Digital Key Holder Update Module, follow the below steps to add a User to Security Records
Enter the Serial Number of the key you wish to assign to a User, and then click on "Search."
A selection box will display below, allowing you to choose the User to whom you would like to assign the key.
If your search for the User yields no results, you will need to create a new User profile for the individual you intend to assign this key to.
A pop up box will appear prompting you to enter the new User's information. After filling in all the required fields, click on "Add Employee" to save the new profile.
The newly created User will be automatically selected for key assignment. After verifying that this is indeed the correct User for the assignment, proceed by clicking on "Assign Key(s)."
