How do I avoid having to change my locks?

Start by getting your keys back during employee separation. Some keys cannot be copied so if you can account for all key(s) issued, you may not have to change your locks.

Follow these other simple guidelines for managing your keys:
  • Have One List - Maintain a centralized inventory and audit them regularly
  • No "Borrowed" Status - Document your Check-Out/Check-In process
  • No Party Favors - Everyone doesn't need a Master Key
  • Keys Shouldn't Be Copy-Paste - Prevent unauthorized duplication
  • Just Because - Always have a Lost Key Event Plan
