What do I do if my keys feel sticky or are hard to turn in a lock?

First, start with using Dry Graphite in your lock and slowly rake your key in and out of the lock.

 If that does not work to resolve the issue, you may need to request that a Service Technician be dispatched for further examination.

The door could also potentially be misaligned due to the building expanding and contracting during more drastic weather months (Spring & Fall).  

You'll need a Service Technician to address if your door is misaligned.
